Privacy notice

What we collect

When you grade a site, we store the address you entered, the public pages we were able to read, and the score. We fetch the home page, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and llms.txt. We do not run any code from those pages, and we do not put the raw page on your report.

Email

Your report shows right away. We use your email to send you your report link and follow-up on your results. No spam. We store that address with the grade. The checkbox for other notes is optional and starts unchecked. We store a consent time only if you check it. We do not sell the address.

How the grade is shared

The results page uses a hard-to-guess link. Anyone with that link can open the grade. Result pages ask search engines not to index them.

How long we keep it

We keep each grade, its consent record, and its nearby-school comparison for 90 days. After 90 days a daily cleanup deletes them, and the results link stops working.
